How a pool renovation works
One point of contact from the first walk-around to the refill. Here’s how we run plaster, tile and coping projects.

Step by step
1. Walk the pool. We look at the plaster, tile and coping, check the equipment, and listen to what you want.
2. Options and a quote. We explain what needs doing now, what can wait, and what it will cost. We offer all the main finishes: standard plaster, quartz and pebble.
3. You approve. Nothing is scheduled until you say yes.
4. We schedule the crew. We coordinate the subcontractor crew and the timeline.
5. We manage the job. We keep you updated and handle questions as they come up. If anything changes, we check with you before adding work or charges.
6. Refill and startup. Startup is done by us or by a certified startup company that provides a full report on the process, so your plaster warranty isn’t voided by an improper startup.
How long does it take?
A typical renovation takes about 2 weeks from start to swimming.
What you’ll want to plan for
The pool will be out of use while it’s drained and worked on
Crews need access to the backyard
New plaster needs extra care in its first weeks while it cures
Why one point of contact matters
On a renovation, several crews and decisions are involved. We manage the project so you aren’t chasing down different people. You have one number to call.
“…They have brought my pool back to life. Had them work on pool equipment, leaking water feature as well as replacing the aged coping and wall. Everything is working and looking great.”
