Weekly service

How much does weekly pool service cost?

Pricing starts from $200 a month plus applicable sales tax for weekly service, chemicals included. We’ll confirm the exact price and service details before we start.

What’s included in a weekly visit?

Skimming, brushing, emptying baskets, water testing and balancing, vacuuming as needed, and a service report after each visit.

How does billing work?

Weekly service is billed monthly. Autopay is preferred, and Zelle, Venmo, cash or check are fine too. It’s month-to-month, with no long-term contract, and you get access to a customer portal for your account.

Are chemicals included?

Chemicals are included in most weekly plans. We’ll confirm what’s included for your pool before we start.

Is there a startup fee?

There’s no extra charge for the first service. New customers keep a card on file or pay for service up front.

Are filter cleans included?

Filter cleans aren’t included in weekly service. They’re $150 per cleaning plus applicable sales tax, billed when done, and most filters need one 2–3 times a year per the manufacturer’s recommendation.

Who will service my pool?

In Depth Pool Co. is led by owner Derek Boulanger, and every weekly visit is held to the same standard: a full service and a report after each visit.

Repairs & estimates

Do you charge for repair estimates?

Free estimates on repairs and renovations. $95 plus applicable sales tax if we need to diagnose an equipment problem. You’ll always get a quote before any work begins.

Will you do extra work without asking?

No. You get a quote before work begins, and we check with you before adding any work or charges.

What equipment do you work on?

Pumps, heaters, automation, lighting and salt systems, both repairs and installation.

Which brands do you work on?

We work on Pentair, Jandy, Hayward, AquaStar, Jacuzzi and other major brands.

Do I need weekly service to get a repair?

No. Repairs and installs are available whether or not we service your pool weekly.

How fast can you come out?

Basic quote replies go out within 24 hours. Most projects need a free on-site evaluation.

Renovations

What renovation work do you do?

Plaster, tile and coping. We review the pool, quote the job, manage the project and coordinate the subcontractor crews.

Which finishes do you offer?

We offer all the main finishes: standard plaster, quartz and pebble.

How long does a renovation take?

A typical renovation takes about 2 weeks from start to swimming.

Green pools, leaks & inspections

Can you clean up a green pool?

Yes. The plan depends on the pool’s condition. We’ll look at it, or a photo to start, and give you a price before we begin.

How much does a green pool cleanup cost?

Green pool cleanups start at $500 plus applicable sales tax, depending on the pool’s size and how dirty it is. Most take about a week to clear.

How do I know if my pool is leaking?

Start with the bucket test. If the pool loses noticeably more water than the bucket over 24 hours, you likely have a leak.

How much do leak detection and inspections cost?
